The Next Leader

Hello, Good Morning everyone.
Today as the sun rising, I thought of this moment a lot. I imagined myself standing here and talking to all of you.

As the candidate of Musik Klasik 3 leader, if I was chosen and fated to be your leader I demand you to support me creating the better future for our clubs. Together let's make the clubs as the second family in our second home, SMA Negeri 3 Bandung. I want Musik Klasik 3 as the first people who know what do you feel, what do you want, how was your day, and what is your dream. Let the whole school know that we are family. Then, I also want to show how great we are in music. As one of many great music clubs at school, I hope this clubs could give every single member a new improvement or ability in every routine practice. The one who come with nothing could go out with something, and the one who already come with something could share and be better until master. I want the routine practice as a media for learning, sharing, refreshing, and loving. Neither seniority nor sadness, just happiness and love like the music should actually done to people.
In a year ahead, I want us to help, join, and show in the whole school programs like Nagabonar, 3Dufair, Clubs Demo, Graduation, even Prom. I also want us to make concert that is a tradition since 2001 named 3Butes. A concert where we make, we play, and we show. I want us to always serve the professional and great music performance that could be enjoyed and remembered by audience anytime and anywhere in the name of Musik Klasik 3. Let them see that we could do the best in our young age.

Those programs that I've planned inside my head wouldn't be real without your support. I want your trust. I want your support. I want your prayer. I want your love. If I was chosen as the leader of Musik Klasik 3, I want me and you together bring all the best of Musik Klasik 3 out. We're lying in the same roof, under the name of Musik Klasik 3, I hope we're dreaming the same dream too. I need you guys, imposibble for me creating the best future of our clubs without you.
But, I just could convince you once and my time is running out. Anyone you choose doesn't matter for me, it's matter for our Musik Klasik 3. Choose the best. Anything happen next, I will still right here, beneath the name of Musik Klasik 3 creating the best future with you all.
Thank you very much.

Inspiring Story

Hello guys :)
I'm going to share an inspiring story. I'm pretty sure this will inspire you a lot. Enjoy.

Story:
February 2014 YES Student of The Month
Muhammad Barustan from Indonesia has been selected as February 2014 YES Student of the Month. Since arriving in West Salem, Wisconsin, he has embraced his community and life with his host family, the Andersons, and has immersed himself in community service, sports, and school clubs.

As the holiday season came around, Muhammad noticed that a lot of donations were for children in need, and that not very much was done to recognize adults or parents. Muhammad took matters into his own hands and organized a community service project, “Bags of Hope,” to create gift baskets for adults. Muhammad went around the community and his school to ask for donations of such things as shampoo, lotion, deodorant, toothbrushes and toothpaste, combs, magazines, and activity books. He filled 70 bags in total. On the night the bags were to be distributed, he got his school choir to donate its time and sing while the bags were being delivered.  This project inspired his host family to give back, too. His host father, who is a bus mechanic, decided to fill a bus with food as part of a food drive. Muhammad was extremely excited to be able to serve the community that has accepted him and helped him integrate so well. Muhammad wrote in a photo essay after the activity, “My goal in life is to be a useful person for the people. When I get back to Indonesia, I’ll bring my volunteer activities and fundraise for people in my country.”

By February, Muhammad had completed 45 hours of volunteer service, with his goal for the year to complete over 100 hours. He volunteers weekly at the Good Samaritan Center, joined in a clean-up with his host family and has participated in numerous other local projects.

Muhammad has been a great addition to West Salem High School, where he earns straight A’s, played on the soccer team and is currently on the wrestling team. With his school’s Business Club, he undertook a project exploring how to make the local Oktoberfest more family-friendly. Muhammad, who also enjoys music in his spare time, aspires to be a doctor and a businessman in the future.

Muhammad’s local coordinator, Sherry Kneifl, considers him “impressive and inspirational” for herself and everyone in his community and notes that he is a wonderful role model for his younger host brother. His placement organization, ACES, recently awarded him a scholarship to participate in the Better Understanding for a Better World conference.

Holiday

Ciao!
It's have been a long time since my last post, then I write "Holiday" as the title, so it supposed to be a nice post but no guys I'm sorry I can't make it.
In this post I'm going to tell you about my 3 days holiday. It happened in the middle of April that seemed impossible for my school unless the 12th grader having a National Exam, yeay! Goodluck seniors, God always with you. So, let me tell you what I did in my 3 days holiday.

--1st day. Monday, 14 April 2014.
Not much for Monday. I went to a public swimming pool in town and swimming there for 2 hours. I love swimming, it makes me relax and happy. I think water love me, it accepts me everything I am and it could make me feel so comfortable. I love you too, water.
This is the old photo of the pool. I'm sorry I just have the old one :(
After swimming, I had a nice lunch with my mom. We ate delicious foods and had a great chit chat for half an hour or maybe more. Then felt full we head to my course place. Even though it's holiday, I still remember my duty to attend the course.

--2nd day. Tuesday, 15 April 2014
Yesterday I spent my day with mom again :) She took me to the restaurant around Dago. We had a lunch there and again had a nice chit chat for hours. We enjoyed the dish and the view there. The breeze also perfect made us relaxed a lot.
Our good time, just us :)
After lunch we head to the mosque for Ashar prayer together and then she drove me to EF. Yeah I still remember about my duty :) In EF I also had a nice class. We discuss about so much thing especially phrasal verbs. After class me and my friends bought seblak (an Indonesian cuisine taste spicy and a bit weird for me) and everyone got chaos because the seblak was really spicy! Hahaha.
In the night before I went to sleep, I had a super nice chit chat with my friends through Line (chatting application). It was a nice closing for my day.

--3rd day. Wednesday, 16 April 2014
Today, I woke up with God blessings :)
All of sudden I thought that I needed to write. Then I opened my blogs (on blogger and tumblr). In this blog, I wrote about my holiday while in tumblr I wrote a poem.
This is what I wrote. Fyi tumblr is so damn fun!
After that, I had lunch in Dago. I ate Mie Ayam (Indonesian cuisine contain noodle and small sliced chickens tasted sweet and salty) that was super! Moreover I didn't grab my breakfast hehe.
Then I head to Selasar Sunaryo Coffee & Art Space for coffee time. I ordered a Latte Machiato, it tasted nice. I classified as okay, not my favourite but still nice. I had my cup together with the nice breeze and view. Relaxing me a lot. What a perfect closing for my holiday :)
My Latte Machiato.
That's my holiday, where's yours?!
See you later...

Movie Review: A Werewolf Boy

A Werewolf Boy (2012) is a South Korean melodrama that is written and directed by Sung Hee Jo. The movie is starring Song Joong Ki as Cheol Soo and Park Bo Young as young Kim Suni.

PLOT
Kim Suni, an elderly woman in sixites living in the USA, recieves a phone call from Korea about her old family house being in sale. Returning to her old house and stay the night with her grand-daughter Eun Joo recall her old memories 47 years ago when she was a young girl.

She moved to the house with her mother and sister because of her lung problems. The Kims actually lived in poverty, especially after their father died. With the mercy of their father business colleague, Ji Tae, bought the house for the Kims located in the village which only lived three families. Her weak health condition made Suni, the beautiful yet introverted, lived with no friend at all.
One night in the new house, Suni felt a shadow appear in the window. The next day she discovered there was actually a living boy around 19 with strange condition. Beggar-like, smelly, couldn't speak at all, always hungry, eat wildly, and having a high body temperature reach up to 46 degrees celcius. He was unidentified at all.
Even though the boy considered as wild and unidentified, Suni's kindhearted mother adopted him and named him Cheol Soo. She also thought that he was one of 60.000 orphaned children during the war.
At first Suni considered him as a nuisance, but after she tried to train him with dog-training-manual she found that he was totally fun. She taught him how to wait for meal, to write, to wear clothes, to speak, and other normal behaviours so he looked like a normal young 19 boy. This happened perfectly and changed Suni became more cheerful. All three families were happy with the existence of Cheol Soo. Ji Tae knew this and envied Cheol Soo, because his lust of Suni.
Day by day passed, Kim Suni and the wild beast Cheol Soo became very close each other. Suni opened her heart, and they began to fall in love. But their relationship became so hard with the existence of Ji Tae. He made troubles for all people in the village. This made Cheol Soo felt threatened and his wild side appear, soon he changed into a werewolf boy. Ji Tae made this as a reason to kill Cheol Soo, so Suni and him could be together.
Suni didn't give her best up immediately. She and Cheol Soo kept trying to be together, but the power of Ji Tae destroyed all of their best. Many hard things hit them. For all the people safe, especially Cheol Soo, Kim Suni decided to leave Cheol Soo and the village. She promised Cheol Soo that she will come back and asked him to wait for her.

The memories playing in Suni's head. Then in the middle of the night, she walk through the house and come to the very first place when she found Cheol Soo.
She find him there. Nothing changes in him, stay young and cute just like the last time she left him in the forest. But now he can speak. This touch the deepest heart of Kim Suni. They cherish the memories for a night before Suni leave him for real.
In the morning, Kim Suni with her grand-daughter Eun Joo go back to the city. Suni decided to go back to USA and keep the house, the trade is canceled. I guess she want to keep the house because of the memory with Cheol Soo.

MY OPINION
I think the movie is awesome. It spell the audience for 122 minutes. The movie really touched my deepest heart and made my tears wash my eyes as well. It brought me up at first and fall me down hardly at last. I think this is the best melodrama that I've ever watched. Highly reccomended, especially for you who loves romance, comedy, and sad story.
Happy watching :)

The Underwater Forest

Annyeong!
Well, I'm using Korean right now as a hello. Me and my friends have a new habit recently, watching Korean movie. Cool isn't it? We could stay for hours in front of the laptop just for watching the whole episodes.

Maybe you are wondering now, what is the relation of The Underwater Forest -- that I used as the title of this post -- and Korean movie? Nothing, exactly nothing. Because actually I want to share about the amazing and mind-blowing natural phenomena named, The Underwater Forest.

This very beautiful underwater forest is part of the 400 meter long Kaindy Lake in Tian Shan Mountains, located 129 km away from the city of Almaty, Kazakhstan. It brings a whole new dimension to the concept of “walking through the forest”. At 6 degrees Celsius (the highest temperature this lake can reach during summer time), a “walk” can only be imagined in a high-insulating swim suit.

The lake is only 400 meters length but in some places it is over thirty meters deep.  It was formed as a result of the massive 1911 Kebin earthquake. A large landslide blocking the gorge and forming a natural dam. In time, rainwater filled the valley and thus Kaindy Lake was born.

Above the water all that can be seen are the huge trunks of spruce trees. Below, however, it is a different story.  This is 2000 meters above sea level and the water is so cold that it has effectively preserved the spruces’ branches below the water line.

The water itself is often of a somewhat kryptonite hue. This strange coloration is caused by lime and other mineral deposits which have been seeped in to the water since the lake’s creation just over a century ago. Yet once you get closer to the lake the water appears crystal clear.

In times of fog or snow, the real magic occurs underwater, where a submerged pine tree forest keeps on living. The clear mountain water unveils the depths of the lake, which in this case are as green as can be.

The site is as popular for diving as it is for sight-seeing. Each year scores of Kazakhstani and Russian divers brave the freezing temperatures to swim amongst the branches of the trees.   Water always attracts and this is a hugely popular place in the largest land-locked nation in the world.

Yuhuuuuu, it's a really amazing and beautiful natural phenomena. Remind me all the time that God is The Greatest of All :) No such creator as God. All we have to do is keeping all the earth beauty till the end.
See you later guys! :D
